    installing new wet liners

I need information on how to install my new liners using the figure eight metal seal. I purchased welseal. Is this a good product to use for a sealing agent. Also I am assuming that both sides of the figure eight seal need to have the Welseal applied. Any help would be appreciated since the manual doesn't say much about this.

    foreverpa,

I imagine Wellseal would work here, though it's not what we use in our shop. We've always used Permatex Aviation Style brushable cement, and have had no assembly failures of this gasket. The gasket is much more dependant on the pressure from above being evenly applied by a nice straight head and properly applied correct torque than on the cement anyway.
