Moss carries a rear muffler assembly for the 1500 Midget that has two pairs of chromed pipes. Thinking about it, there should not be too much of a problem installing it on an earlier car. The muffler goes across the rear of the car behind the fuel tank, there are no structural differences between the 1275 and 1500 car so it should fit. Then it is just a question of getting a muffler shop to connect it up.
It's not a direct bolt on, but it would be interesting to give it a try. I think it would look pretty cool too!
