    leaking everywhere

My 1977 MGB has had loss of power as I stated in the other post, now I think I found my problem, at first I thought it was the fuel pump causing the cutting in and out but when I replaced the pump, I took it on a test drive discovering the same problem, so I then poped the hood to take a look to find antifreez driping out the back of the block, and out of the valve to the heater driping on the distrubitor. So I think I need to replace the head gasket, has anyone done that before? and if so is it hard to do?

    Re: leaking everywhere

Alex - You probably only need to replace the leaky heater valve.  It is very common for those to start leaking and a leak there, besides dripping down onto the distributor, will blow back and make it look like the leak is coming from several different places.

    Cheers,
