Sprite Top Frame

Still working on my 67 Sprite. I am not able to find a ''webbing kit'' that connects the top frame assembley, not available in Moss Motors catalog. If I can't find one, I may need to make one so, does anyone know how long the webbing is?? I'd prefer buying but if that's not possible guess I'll do whatever I need to.

I installed a new top a few years ago before i placed the car into storage. Now, the clear plastic windows are opaque - brownish. Is there anyway this can be cleaned?

I recently bought a 1964 Sprite Mark II. The car has no frame/bow nor soft top. I've been able to locate a new top for the car, but I'm having the worst time finding the frame for the top. Does anyone out there know where I can get my hands on one?
