  • Clutch Clunking noise in my 1958 Austin Healey 100-6

    I have a clunking noise that seems to come from the bottom of the engine but if I depress the clutch somewhat and take the play out of the clutch it seems to stop Is this a clutch adjustment issue

    Greetings, I rebuilt my Master cylinder clutch brakes master cylinder combined. All went well with that it took a summer to get it done but with my Grandson helping me it was well worth the teaching lessons he learned. the slave drive on the clutch was so worn and leaking we decided to tackle that along with all the brakes.   • Transmission or Clutch?

      I am rebuilding a clutch master cylinder for a '64 etype and want to ensure the seals on the piston are positioned properly.  As both seals are conical in shape, can you let me know how to properly position the seals?  Is the leading edge postioned toward the front of the piston or the back where the push rod contacts the ...
