What is the proper fill point? I did not understand these instructions. - Fill to within 1/4 inch of the top of the hollow air piston rod. I am not familiar with the carb terminology.

Ok so here is my problem. My 1978 MG midget has trouble in idle while I am driving it around. I pull up to a stop sighn or what not and the cars idle drops while in gear and clutch pedal down.
