Genuine Wide Whitewall Tire

Wide whitewall tires feature a continuous band of white rubber that extends all the way to the bead. This is different from narrow whitewalls, which leave less exposed white rubber. The white material is integrated during the tireËÇÖs initial construction and permanently bonded through vulcanization, creating a durable and high-quality finish. This style was especially popular into the early 1960s before being replaced by narrower whitewall designs.

Bias Ply Construction

Bias ply tire construction was widely used from the early 1900s through the 1970s on passenger cars and light trucks.
