Replacement Supercharger Belt

Supercharging has a prominent place in British car history, going back as early as the 1920s. In the 1950s and 60s, aftermarket suppliers such as Judson, Marshall, Shorrock and Wade popularized the blower as a reliable method for improving performance. Today, Moss Motors is actively reviving the tradition of supercharged British cars combining old-world attention to detail along with the advances of modern technology.
It has been a number of years since we last offered a TC/TD supercharger. Our new, complete supercharger kit is designed expressly for the MG TC/TD, using a modern Eaton blower supplying 5-6 psi of boost, and is better than ever. You may expect a horsepower increase of around 40 percent. Step off the line with an authority your car has never known. Power delivery is strong and linear, and smoothness at idle is not compromised.
Appearance is important, so the Moss kit is designed to compliment your car's vintage good looks. We use a period correct 1 1/2" SU carburetor, and a traditional v-belt drive. Everything necessary for installation is included in the kit. Our new intake manifold casting has been designed to optimize flow, and even incorporates a traditional MG factory "Safety Fast" motto. With our step by step installation manual, you can install the kit yourself.
This supercharger system is designed to supplement an engine in good condition, not make up for lost power in a tired one. If your car has an old, fatigued engine you will want to overhaul it first.
During this installation you will have easy access to the generator belt, radiator hoses, thermostat, thermostat housing, water pump and other items. Replacing them at this time is recommended.

The Longest in the Business
- All Classic British products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of invoice.
- All superchargers, supercharger components, and supercharger hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of invoice.
- Moss Motors, Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails in service within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, normal wear of brake or clutch components or failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accidental damage, faulty installation, or faulty repair.
- Warranty requests should be submitted to our sales department and must be supported by the original Moss Motors purchase invoice and documentation of the failure.
