Steering Wheel Puller

To fit a new steering wheel or replace the turn signal switch (141-850) the original steering wheel must be removed. Removing most steering wheels is not a problem, but the 77-80 MGB poses a special challenge. Due to the length of time they have been around, the steering wheel is generally well and truly frozen onto the steering shaft. For reasons known only to the designers, the late factory steering wheels were made without any provision for their eventual removal. There are no holes for a conventional steering wheel puller, and there is no easy way to grab the wheel because of the rubber material used. This simple tool and a pair of 3 inch "C Clamps" (not included with the tool) make removing the wheel a simple one-man job, and the wheel will not be destroyed in the process.

- All Classic British products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of invoice.
- All superchargers, supercharger components, and supercharger hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of invoice.
- Moss Motors, Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails in service within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, normal wear of brake or clutch components or failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accidental damage, faulty installation, or faulty repair.
- Warranty requests should be submitted to our sales department and must be supported by the original Moss Motors purchase invoice and documentation of the failure.
