Adjustable Clutch Slave Cylinder Pushrod
$39.99
Part #
596-046
Application
TR250, TR6 1968-76
This adjustable pushrod allows clutch free play to be adjusted easily to compensate for manufacturing tolerances. Less free play results in better clutch actuation and pedal feel. We recommend a free play of 0.3" between the end of the adjustable push rod and the slave cylinder piston. This adjustable rod for the TR250/6 allows this amount of free play to be easily set by backing off the adjusting nut so a 0.3" gap exists between the clevis and the nut. Then turn the pushrod until the nut abuts the clevis. Tighten with a wrench.
