Windshield glass is easily replaced by two people, if instructions are followed and care is taken not to put stress on the glass while installing the rubber seal. Remove the wiper arms, interior mirror and sun visors. On the inside of the car, run a blunt thin instrument around the windshield seal between the seal and the windshield frame. With an assistant steadying the glass from outside the car, carefully ease the glass and seal out of the frame. Remove the finisher clip, finisher strip and seal from the glass. Before installation, run a bead of non-hardening windshield sealer in the glass channel of the rubber seal. Install the seal, finisher and clip onto the glass. Insert a length of strong thin cord in the seal channel, with the ends protruding from the lower center (see illustration). With an assistant positioning the glass centrally on the frame, steadily pull the cord ends to bring the seal lip over the flange on the frame. Seal the outer lip of the seal to the frame with a suitable sealer.

- All Classic British products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of invoice.
- All superchargers, supercharger components, and supercharger hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of invoice.
- Moss Motors, Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails in service within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, normal wear of brake or clutch components or failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accidental damage, faulty installation, or faulty repair.
- Warranty requests should be submitted to our sales department and must be supported by the original Moss Motors purchase invoice and documentation of the failure.
