Upgrade your aging Lucas alternator with one of our 70-amp Denso units. These brand-new, European-built parts are bolt-in replacements for an original and are internally regulated, so they eliminate the external voltage regulator. They are supplied with a conventional V-belt pulley; for Series I cars with the Duplex, or "double-V" belt, purchase pulley 542-171 separately. Part number C25073UPG fits all 4.2 Series I E-Type, plus all Series II with the single, wide, mounting lug. It replaces Lucas 23526. Part number C32152UPG replaces Series II numbers C32152 and C31081 (or Lucas 23579 and 23580), both of which have two mounting ears. - All Classic British products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of invoice.
- All superchargers, supercharger components, and supercharger hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of invoice.
- Moss Motors, Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails in service within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, normal wear of brake or clutch components or failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accidental damage, faulty installation, or faulty repair.
- Warranty requests should be submitted to our sales department and must be supported by the original Moss Motors purchase invoice and documentation of the failure.
